Welcome to Rachel's Hug-A-Bears!
Once a little girl's desire to comfort sick, hospitalized kids, Rachel's Hug-a-Bears is a non-profit organization with national exposure and the potential to help many thousands of children everywhere.  The organization pledges to provide new cuddly, "Rachel Bears" with personalized messages of encouragement to hospitalized children while maintaining a strict budget with minimal expenses and vast amounts of volunteer administrative services.  Hospitalized children are sick, scared, and frightened. Imagine the first smile in days when their arms wrap around a "Rachel Bear" to claim as their own; a loving companion to forever keep.  Rachel loves to receive letters and notes from the kids she helps.  I have learned that with hard work, dedication, desire and compassion, dreams can come true.  We can make a difference in the world even as children.  I have truly learned the greatness of giving.
